Description

Synthetic plastics, such as acrylic copolymer and PVP (polyvinyl pyrrolidone polymer), are found in many popular brand liquid eyeliners. They are used mainly as the binding agent/film former in liquid eyeliner to glue pigments and fillers together so the eyeliner stays on your eyes. These synthetic plastics are derived from petrochemicals; contain residual monomers (the starting materials for producing plastics, namely acrylic monomers, vinyl pyrrolidone monomer and vinyl acetate monomer) that are not only toxic, but also reactive.

Synthetic dyes, glycol, alcohol and chemical preservatives are also used in conventional liquid eyeliner formulations.

Review

“After using your products (eyeliner, mascara and hair spray) for a month I can pass on lots of praise. I am so very allergic to most everything, I had all but given up hope of wearing makeup again or styling my hair. Thanks to Suncoat, I get to do both. A lady at church told me Sunday that I looked 10 years younger – just what every 50 year old wants to hear!”
Thanks so much,

Lynn,  Oklahoma US

“As I get older, I find that some days black eyeliner looks too harsh on me, so I’d been looking for a grey liquid liner. I’ve been applying liquid liner since the 1960’s and am comfortable with a brush, so I didn’t want a marking pen type–I always get a bare streak where the tip scrapes the liquid away.

I discovered Suncoat “Smokey” coloured liner and I’m thrilled. I use my own brush rather than the supplied applicator, and the product goes on smoothly and lasts fabulously. And none will ever go to waste in the bottom of bottle because it thickened with age, because all I have to do is wet the brush to control the density.

And, bonus, it’s vegan! Even if a person isn’t a vegan or even a vegetarian, who can be against natural ingredients and not harming animals?

I love it.”

Warm regards.
